Carol’s professional life began as, a computer programmer trainee. Working in and with large global companies, co-founding a consultancy and NGO, and teaching at Pace University in NYC and the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town, Carol bridges the worlds of practice, capacity building and research, as well as technical and human systems.
She is the Associate Editor of the Global Guide to Collaborative Change to be published in 2020.
